Meet our founder

Roya Durani

Founder & CEO, ZirNexa Academy

Roya Durani founded ZirNexa Academy to bring practical English language education and modern AI skills together in an accessible online learning environment. She has more than five years of combined professional experience in English teaching, educational operations, student support, research, and program coordination.

As a Senior English Language Instructor, she taught advanced English, grammar, and academic writing, prepared learning materials, and supported students in their learning decisions. Her background also includes staff coordination, student mentoring, research team leadership, and field assignments involving international and humanitarian organizations.

Through ZirNexa, Roya aims to help learners develop confidence, communication skills, and practical abilities for a future shaped by language and technology. The academy delivers English education and practical AI learning through an online platform, supported by a distributed teaching and operations team.

Safia Karrimi teaches English from primary to advanced levels. Her experience includes teaching at the Muslim English Language Institute (MELI), lesson planning, classroom management, placement testing, and monitoring student progress. She adapts lessons to different learning needs and brings patience, clear communication, and a supportive approach to the classroom.
