Thank you for choosing ZirNexa Academy. To ensure that your payment is processed correctly and your enrollment is confirmed without delay, please use only one of the official payment methods listed below.
Carefully verify the recipient/account-holder information. After completing your payment, you must submit your payment or transaction receipt to ZirNexa Academy for verification.

Pay your course tuition through the official bank account below.

Scan the official Atoma Pay QR code and verify the recipient information before confirming your payment.

Scan the official HesabPay QR code and verify the recipient information shown before completing your payment.
Payment method 4
Carefully check the wallet address, network, and payment amount before confirming your transaction.
Students must select BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Do not send the payment through another network. Using an incorrect network may result in the loss of funds, and ZirNexa Academy may not be able to recover the payment.

Students may make payments through a Sarafi of their choice that provides the required transfer service.
Payment method 6
Students or their family members who are outside Afghanistan may use MoneyGram to make payments to ZirNexa Academy.
Do not send a MoneyGram payment until the recipient information has been officially confirmed by ZirNexa Academy. Your payment will be considered confirmed only after the academy verifies that the funds have been successfully received.
Whenever the payment channel provides a space for a payment note or reference, please use:
ZIRNEXA – [Student Full Name] – [Course/Book]
Example: ZIRNEXA – Sara Ahmadi – English Book 3
If the payment channel does not provide a reference field, include your full name and course/book name when submitting your payment receipt.
After making your payment, please send a clear and readable payment receipt or transaction confirmation. Your proof of payment should show, where available:
Include your full name and course/book name with your receipt. Please keep your original receipt until ZirNexa Academy has officially confirmed your payment.
Sending a receipt does not automatically mean that the payment has been confirmed.
Your payment will be considered officially received and confirmed only after an authorized ZirNexa Academy representative verifies that the funds have been successfully received.
Once your payment has been verified, ZirNexa Academy will send you an official confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
The confirmation will include the student's name, course/book, amount received, payment date, payment method, and reference/transaction ID.
All confirmed course payments are non-refundable.
Payments and confirmed enrollments cannot be transferred to another student.
Once the payment and enrollment have been confirmed, the student cannot cancel the enrollment for a refund.
Students must make payments only through the official payment methods and recipient details provided by ZirNexa Academy. The academy is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts, individuals, phone numbers, wallet addresses, or payment channels.
Always check the recipient information carefully before confirming your transaction. If you are uncertain about any payment information, contact ZirNexa Academy before sending the money.
Never send your payment to a different account, phone number, wallet address, or person unless the payment details have been officially provided or confirmed by ZirNexa Academy. When in doubt, contact us before making the payment.
