1. Purpose of This Policy

ZirNexa Academy is committed to providing a respectful, organized, and effective online learning environment. This policy establishes the responsibilities, academic expectations, attendance requirements, payment conditions, and conduct standards that all students must follow.

By enrolling in a course, students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to comply with this policy.

2. Registration and Enrollment

Students must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Each student must use their own account and must not share their login credentials with others.

Students are responsible for reviewing course details, schedules, fees, and applicable requirements before enrollment.

Students must follow the academy's official registration and payment procedures.

Enrollment and access to classes are subject to confirmation under the academy's established procedures.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and join each session on time.

A student may not be absent for more than five class days during one book.

If a student exceeds five absent class days in a book, the student will be required to repeat that book from the beginning and pay 60% of the regular fee for that book.

The attendance-based retake policy applies when the recorded absences exceed five class days. Students are responsible for monitoring their attendance records through their student accounts.

Students should inform the academy through official communication channels if they experience attendance difficulties or believe their attendance record contains an error.

4. Assessments and Academic Progress

Students must complete required placement assessments, quizzes, assignments, speaking activities, and final examinations according to their program requirements.

Students must complete assessments honestly and independently.

Cheating, impersonation, copying another student's work, or using unauthorized assistance during assessments is prohibited.

Students who fail an assessment and are required to repeat the course must repeat it from the beginning and pay 60% of the regular fee for that course.

Students must satisfy the applicable academic requirements before progressing to the next level or qualifying for a certificate.

Students are responsible for following the instructions and assessment conditions provided by the academy.

5. Classroom Conduct and Respect

All students are expected to contribute to a positive and professional learning environment.

Students must:

Treat teachers, classmates, and academy staff with respect.

Participate constructively in class activities.

Complete assignments and learning tasks within the required time.

Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, and disruptive behavior.

Follow reasonable instructions related to classroom management and online learning.

Recording, publishing, or distributing class sessions, private communications, learning materials, or other students' personal information without appropriate authorization is prohibited.

6. Fees and Payment Policy

Students must pay the applicable course fees through the academy's approved payment channels.

Students must submit payment proof according to the academy's official payment verification procedure.

All course fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Course fees cannot be transferred to another student.

Where a retake is required under the attendance or assessment policy, the student must pay 60% of the regular fee applicable to the book or course being repeated.

Students should confirm the correct payment amount and recipient details before transferring funds.

7. Communication and Student Support

Students should use official ZirNexa Academy communication channels for academic, scheduling, payment, technical, and administrative inquiries.

Communication with teachers and staff must remain respectful and professional.

Students should report problems with their accounts, class schedules, attendance records, assessments, or payments promptly.

Students may submit complaints or concerns through the academy's designated reporting channel.

The academy will direct concerns to the appropriate staff member or management representative for review.

8. Privacy and Account Security

Students must protect their account credentials and personal information.

Accessing another student's account or sharing another student's private information without authorization is prohibited.

Students must not distribute confidential academy communications or student records without authorization.

ZirNexa Academy should restrict access to student records, assessment results, payment information, and complaints to authorized personnel who need the information for their duties.

9. Course Completion and Certificates

Students must meet the academic, attendance, assessment, and other applicable requirements of their program.

Certificates are issued according to the academy's published certification criteria.

Completing a course does not automatically enroll a student in another program.

Students who wish to continue learning may apply for admission to another available course through the academy's official enrollment process.

10. Policy Compliance

Students are expected to comply with this policy throughout their enrollment.

Failure to comply may result in applicable academic or administrative consequences under the academy's published procedures. Where necessary, the academy may review relevant records and refer serious concerns to management.

Students should report factual errors in their records through official channels so the academy can review them.

Contact the academy through an official communication channel if you need clarification about this policy.
